Fancys Painting Services LLC has worked across Central Florida since 2021 — Orlando, Kissimmee and the communities around them — painting homes, commercial spaces and apartment communities. Much of that work has been hands-on apartment turns and property maintenance, where paint is one part of getting a space ready.
We look at a project whole: the condition of the surfaces, the preparation they need, the finish you want, and the repairs or cleaning that go with it. Whether it’s one room or a run of units, it starts with a clear scope and a straight answer about what’s included.

Do you work with apartment communities?
Yes — apartment turns and make-ready painting are a core part of what we do. Property managers and maintenance supervisors can inquire about a single unit, a recurring schedule, upcoming move-ins, or a walk-through of the property.
What painting work do you handle?
Interior and exterior painting for homes, businesses and apartment communities; full repaints and touch-ups; cabinets, doors, accent walls, trim and baseboards; and drywall or texture repairs assessed before painting. If your project involves another surface or finish, describe it and we’ll confirm the approach.
Can repairs be assessed before painting?
Yes. Mention damaged drywall or mismatched texture when you inquire. We assess the existing surface and the repair it needs, and any repair work is written into the agreed scope rather than assumed.
What do you need for an estimate?
Your name, a phone number or email, the service you need, and a short description. A city or ZIP code and a preferred timeframe help. For apartment communities, the property name and approximate unit count are useful. Photos aren’t required for a first inquiry.
How are timing, colors and materials decided?
During quoting. Preparation, materials, color choices, included services and scheduling are confirmed project by project — there’s no single turnaround time that applies to every job.
Can I request cleaning or maintenance without painting?
Yes. Cleaning and maintenance can be requested on their own or combined with painting. Describe the areas to clean or the repairs needed, and we’ll confirm which tasks we can take on, what’s included, and scheduling.
